The Money-Back Guarantee applies to products and services purchased directly through calnoritha.live and officially billed by CALNORITHA.

To qualify, the purchase must be completed using a verified payment method and supported by a valid order confirmation issued by CALNORITHA.

Includes standard digital products, subscription plans, and service packages unless explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout.

Refund requests must be submitted within the stated refund window to remain eligible.

Refund Period

Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Requests received after the 30-day period may not be eligible for reimbursement. The refund period begins on the date the transaction is successfully processed.

Once received, CALNORITHA will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days with confirmation or additional instructions.

Include your full name, order number, purchase date, and the email used at checkout to ensure prompt processing.

Refund approval may require confirmation that services were not fully consumed or that access has been discontinued.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. The request must be submitted by the original purchaser.

CALNORITHA reserves the right to request additional verification to prevent fraudulent or duplicate claims.

Exceptions

The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to promotional items marked as final sale, customized solutions, or services already delivered in full.

Refunds may be declined if misuse, policy abuse, or violation of CALNORITHA’s Terms of Service is identified.

Processing times for approved refunds typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
